Morning. Rooibos in my cup.
Nice story, Vincent. 40 years! Wish we could hand down stuff like that here in the UK for repeat offenders. We keep letting them back out on the streets to offend again and again. |

Nice costume, Orlok! Trick or treat!
I bought a new tea this afternoon. Yesterday I was talking with a friend in Hong Kong, about our various adventures around India and Sri Lanka, and he mention something that happened to him in Kandy, Sri Lanka. I remembered that an Import shop in Kyoto carried several different Dimbula teas, one being from Kandy, so on today's walk I made sure to pass that shop and buy a bag to try. I have another Dimbula that was just so-so and figured to give the Kandy a try if it was loose leaf. It was. I bought it and I'm drinking it right now. Conclusion: I prefer Uva over Dimbula. Uva is grown at higher elevations than Dimbula, and perhaps that accounts for the difference, but both Dimbulas that I have taste too much like Lipton Yellow Label tea. Not bad... drinkable... just not memorable. Stichawl |

There is no point in wasting time on tea that is not memorable

Thank you, thank you. Same to our esteemed mouse - very grand. I'll have to reserve judgement on Stitchawl, as he seems to be disappearing. I think you are overdoing the diet, Stitchy!!!
Black coffee. Thinking about whether or not I will fall off the wagon tonight. Does Friday count as the weekend??? |

Done with Anniversary Breakfast Blend for the day. But time for something different. The sun is out for a bit, so let's celebrate -- Keemun Xian Zhen. (And I completely agree with ProfCrash about unmemorable tea!)
Aahhh. This Keemun is very memorable indeed. |

VydorScope - 40 years! Is this where we get to say, "What goes around comes around" ?
orlok - I'll join in and say nice Halloween costume too. Lazy day for me today and finishing up my morning coffee while deciding what needs to be done (or ignored) for the day. |

I've just finished a sparkling lemon and lime drink with no added sugar.
So - is anyone else (apart from Stitchawl, orlok, dreams and me) in this thread dressing up for halloween? |
