Any $250 tablet with capacitative screen yet?

I read that the W1060 is planned to get a capacitative screen, but no update on this since November 2009. Is there a similiar tablet which will get this touchscreen?

Not that I'm aware of.

A word of caution...
When reading the stats and specs of Chinese produced devices (those normally with names and manufacturers you've never heard of, and which normally can only be purchased from Asia), it is quite common to see the device(s) listed with capacitive and multi-touch screens. I don't believe a single low-priced device has been released which ACTUALLY has such a screen. There seems to be a huge difference in the quality of resistive screens and some times the ones with better touch input gets the distinction of being promoted as capacitive. The last couple of months such tablets have been selling quite well on ebay, and the forums are being flooded with disappointed consumers who have purchased, believing they were buying a tablet with a capacitive screen.

Sometimes they are just listed as multi-touch, which can be resistive like the eeepc tablets.
