[GUI Plugin] Reading Goal

Something I would find useful is to be able to sort and/or filter Edit Goal > Genre View by status (sorting by progress sort of works but doesn't take abandoneds into account). I was thinking an extra column showing status but then it might also show in the shelf view and be a bit redundant.

Sorry. I didn't understand what you are trying to achieve. Can you explain, maybe with an example?

Specifically, I wanted to filter to abandoneds while in Genre view. Sorting by progress mixes them up with the currently-readings (plus there's also all the other books to scroll through).

Looks like one of your books has a string value in the Reading Progress column. To be honest, I didn't know it was possible.

Can you check if that's the case?

It still worked at the beginning of July and I didn't actually change anything in the relevant columns. But I will check it again in more detail.

Edit: In the settings, the genre entry was empty, but I then assigned the corresponding column.

If it was empty, it means the column used before was deleted or changed somehow.

Does it work now that you reassigned it?

No, it wasn’t changed and no, it doesn’t work after reassigning.

As I said, I haven't changed anything since July and it worked back then.

I tested here using your RP column and got the same error. Apparently the switch_if function only return strings. Test the version attached version with a fix.
