New Kindles model year 2025

Hello,
I was just curious if anyone would happen to know when the 2025 Kindles are going to be announced / released? Is there a standard date that Amazon follows? Am I looking at Christmas 2024? Or after the new year? What do you think?

Also - I read somewhere that they were going to be releasing a color model? What do you think on that? Accurate, or no?

Over the past ten years Kindles have been released on these dates:

2 Oct 2014
4 Nov 2014
30 Jun 2015
27 Apr 2016
22 Jun 2016
31 Oct 2017
7 Nov 2018
10 Apr 2019
24 Jul 2019
27 Oct 2021
12 Oct 2022
30 Nov 2022

There may or may not be a new model released for 2024/25. If there is a new model, my guess would be a release in October/November 2024 or April-July 2025

My advice would be to buy one now if you'll start using it immediately
