Blasted weatherfolk yesterday were saying no rain for a week. Today, rain starting in about 30 minutes. It's cooler at least.

So far this summer it was either cold and wet or hot. But today looks like it'll be a nice summer day. Mostly sunny, 22℃ and a nice breeze. A good day to go visit the botanical gardens I think.
Tomorrow it'll be a little bit warmer but mostly cloudy. Which usually means it'll be a humid day. |

Woken up by thunderstorms last night around midnight - seemed to last for hours - I think I'm going to mildew - we're stuck in a pattern of high humidity and daily storms.

It looks like it's going to be a nice summer day. 24℃ and sunny and tonight it'll cool down nicely.
Next week we're getting another couple of hot days. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that next Sunday the temperatures have gone down. The annual Deventer book market is that day and I've been wanting to go for years. But either I had other plans, it was too hot or it was too wet. The current prediction is 24℃ and dry, so that would do nicely. |

Yesterday was hot, 30℃ officially, 33℃ locally, though it wasn't as humid as predicted, so it wasn't too bad. It did cool down a couple of degrees more during the night than predicted, which was nice.
Today's temperature is going to be between 26℃ and 28℃ (locally a couple of degrees warmer). Depending on how cloudy it's going to be. Right now (10am) it's completely overcast, though the prediction was that it would be sunny by now. Usually when it's cloudy it's more humid than when it's sunny, so it might feel less pleasant than yesterday. |

Currently 21°C and partly sunny. The next few days are going to be sunnier and warmer if the weatherfolk are to be believed.

The high temperature today was 96°F. It was mostly sunny with an occasional light breeze and pop-up showers moving through the area. The humidity has been climbing all week, and it has gotten pretty sticky out there. Even a good breeze doesn't help much when it's this humid.

Hit 29°C and 78% humidity. Not a good day to be outdoors.

Yesterday was more cloudy than predicted, which meant it was only 25℃ instead of several degrees warmer. It was very muggy, though.
Today similar temperatures are predicted, but it'll be more sunny. Not much wind, so I'm expecting another muggy day. I'll do my Friday chores asap before it gets too sweaty. For Sunday, when I'm going to the Deventer book market, temperatures of 22℃ are predicted, but it'll feel like 25℃. There's a chance of some showers but also sunny spells. So I'm now contemplating what I should wear. |

102 F - intensely hot - doesn't really cool off at night - humidity levels > 50% => horrible outside

Getting warmer (28°C) with humidity in the 65-75% range. Still cooling off overnight into the mid-teens so nights are pretty decent.

We only reached 93°F today, mostly because of a strong thunderstorm that moved through this afternoon. Unfortunately, even after the rain the humidity stayed high.
