I can send you my patches and you can yes/no in the main .yaml file. I've applied the new offsets given. You may find all of the patches you use still work as is.

I have a patched kobo h20 i am trying to return to factory settings. I have updated the kobo and removed my nickelmenu mods. My margins are still set to what I had patched them to with kobopatchfan even though I factory reset this kobo. My desktop kobopatchfan is saying it cant find the firmware update for kobo h20 update version 4.38.23038

I really just want to reset to factory and I cant seem to get the margins fixed on my own. If anyone can help that would be great.

my comic books are showing up as small boxes all the way in the top left corner instead of displaying and taking up the full display.

Get the appropriate firmware file from here:

https://pgaskin.net/KoboStuff/kobofirmware.html

Copy KoboRoot.tgz to your Kobo and safely eject to apply the stock firmware again, which will erase all patches.

I have tried this and I'm still getting really weird margins and spacing. My comic books do not let me zoom in. Some of my files are acting weird. My font changes for every single book back to a weird font. It still has a ton of advanced settings I don't believe are stock.

At this point I have installed this firmware around three times. Ive removed nickelmenu and done a lot of cleaning and factory reset the whole system. It's still acting like when I used kobopatchfan to patch it.

That probably means the book has strange rules in the CSS, and you'll have to edit the book to fix the problem.

I have caliber is there a plug in that could help me out here I know some basics but I'm not sure which one would be best for covers, and which one would fix my comics.

I don't know much about comic books, but you can click the Edit button in Calibre and then run the bug check to look for errors and also try Tools -> Remove unused CSS rules to clean up the CSS and make it easier to see which rule might be setting the huge margins.
