Harper's Magazine recipe error

For several months now the default Calibre fetch news recipe for "Harper's Magazine - articles from printed edition" has not been working and returns a error whenever attempted. I am using Calibre 6.29, which is the most up to date I can us for my OS. I have tried unkn0w7n's github updated Harpers recipes from April 13, 2024 and Kovid's from July 2023. When I've used these updated recipes calibre only downloads a .1 MB file (compared to the 5-10 MB files from before the issue began) and the files only include a few weekly review articles and nothing more when before they included essentially the entire issue. I'm sure there's a possibility I'm using these recipes wrong but any insights into fixing this would be appreciated!
