Recipes for Mastodon rss feeds

I'm having issues with adding Mastodon rss feeds to the basic recipe. Essentially, every account has an rss feed by adding .rss to their user account url. Mine RSS feed would be https://oldfriends.live/@paul.rss

Mastodon is a federated social media platform.

The index returns part of the post but the body content item returns a message to "enable JavaScript, or Alternatively, try one of the" mastodon apps.

Any way to bypass this and have the entire post printed? I've used Calibre and basic recipes before for years, and have studied the documentation and searched for solutions, but something like this is out of my wheelhouse.
