I have some similarities to your friend, including mobility, 600 Watts of solar power, a propane fridge and weekly shopping.
But I don't float and there is definitely a tech infestation. |

Frank does tend to be one step away from the tin foil hat crew with his total distrust of any technology. His life and he is not hurting anyone. My only worry is that if he is injured or whatever, it may take up to a week before anyone finds him.
