I added the UK link above. My books are in about a dozen countries, so you can find the correct link for your country by putting the words "Amazon India" etc into Google, along with the ASIN number, which in this case is B01I4F2S0W and it should give you the link, cheers.

Well that's unusual. I went to the link and it showed the sale price. I will have to check my Amazon dashboard for any clues. It might just have been a problem with Amazon UK.

Just checked my dashboard and nothing seems to be wrong. Got some downloads from the UK. Most likely a glitch of some kind at Amazon UK.

Are Austrailian registered Kindles allowed to use UK Marketplace?
For example you can only use German Marketplace for Kindle in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (I think). I can only buy non-Kindle items outside UK marketplace.

For only Smashwords Kindle customers you can upload dual mobi made in Calibre from epub2. Amazon (And Google) too should get the same epub; never upload doc or docx.

If you used Fixed Layout or something else strange then Kindle users can't buy it, only App or Fire users depending on format.

I'm just a small time writer. It suits me better to stick with just Amazon for now. That way I can give my books away often without breaking Amazon's rules. I always just upload an EPUB created with Calibre, and let Amazon do the rest.
