ezPDF Reader – where is the toolbar?

I am using ezPDF Reader for a long time now, quite frequently making use of highlightening, putting notes in, drawing lines.
But suddenly, there is no toolbar anymore! I have tried to change the settings and I re-installed the app. Toolbar is still gone.

Has anybody an idea where to search for a solution? Which settings might be responsible or which settings will bring it back?

Just in case someone still needs an answer to this question (that I accidentally solved recently):
• There are 3 tiny almost transparent squares lined up vertically on the middle right edge of your document.
• Tap slightly to the left of these squares and a pop up menu will appear listing: [Navigation / Toolbar / Menus].
• Tap on [Toolbar] and it will reappear on the top of your document.
