Sending docs to kindle by email: always emailed to verify?

Every time I share a doc to my Kindle via email, I get an email from Amazon asking me to verify it.

I've already added all my email addresses to my approved senders list, but this still keeps happening.

Any idea what's going on?

I vaguely recall that Amazon doesn't like some email sender addresses and will do this on every book sent from a "suspect" address. I had this problem for a while sending through gmx. It went away when I started sending through outlook.com.
