Ares freeze if power below 80%
Hi all,
I have a problem with my Ares. If the battery power drops below 80% it starts to randomly freeze at boot or during operation. When I plug in the power for a short time it works normally for some time, before starting to behave strangly again. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any ideas on how I might fix it? |

Keep the level of charge above 80%. You could connect by usb cable when the charge level approaches the danger zone.

Hi all,
a final update. It was really a hardwre issue with the battery. I replaced it with a Mars battery and it works perfectly well. The Mars battery is significant smaller in size, but but still be glued into the Ares and works nearly like the originl one (one 100mAh less capacity). I also got a Mars replacement battery from AliExpress with 4100mAh. But haven't used it because the cable colors were completly different and I didn't wanted to risk to damage the other hardwaare. |
