Kobo Sage - turn off "My Notebooks"
Does anyone know of a way to force the Kobo Sage to NOT show "My Notebooks" on the bottom of the Home and My Books pages?

Why buy a Sage then? It's an ewriter as well as an ereader.
Surely it's just an icon?

Because with the Sage you don't have that rubbery edge with the buttons and the screen is supposedly better contrast. I like this much more than the Forma. I use the Sage as strictly an e-reader.

Because he/she wishes to customize to his/her liking as many of us have. Not everyone purchases a Sage for its writing capabilities.

Do you have a Stylus? One of the changes I have for the Sage in 4.31.19086 is "Move Notebook section from More view back to the tab widget on the home page when stylus is detected". I assumed this meant that "My Noteboks" would not show if in the tabs you don't us a Stylus. My wife has the Sage so I can't check.

Thanks - I'll check this setting and see if it does the trick. I do not have a stylus but do have a non-Kobo sleep cover.

In Kobo eReader.conf set StylusUsageDetected to false. This will move My Notebooks off of the bottom of Home and My Books and back into the More section.

That worked perfectly. Just add it to the [ApplicationPreferences] section:

[ApplicationPreferences]
StylusUsageDetected=false


Do you know if the"Activity" icon also be also be moved? It would be great if that bottom banner was even sparser!
