Calibre Portable, Cannot start server

Code:

 netstat -aon|findstr "8081"

shows no results

Any other suggestions as what could be going wrong?
The port is open, ran as administrator, didn't work. It worked in the past, but not now.

your antivirus/firewall/security program is preventing calibre from opening the port. Disable/add exceptions to those programs and you will be fine.

I had checked the firewall ...etc.
I suspected it was a windows issue, so I restarted the computer, and it started working fine. I don't know if there's a way for a port to be open even after the application has closed.

Anyway for future internet visitors, try restarting your computer once !
