I do. But I couldn't go through the YouTube App directly. Instead of using the YouTube app, I loaded YouTube through my Google Chrome Browser app instead. From there, videos load as well as if I were using YouTube on Google Chrome on a desktop computer. But if you have The Samsung Galaxy Tab Nook, Samsung Galaxy Tab S2, and Samsung Galaxy Tab E Nook, they still work with the YouTube app from the Google Play store. I used YouTube in chrome very well and even downloaded videos sometimes.
