Blocking external calls...
I am wondering if it happens and if it happens how to disable it - I have some web pages used as templates for a book. Nevertheless, these pages have (until I delete them) various links to external resources, like photos, scripts, links etc.
I know they are called up and displayed, macros and java are run, etc. However, some of these things may be really nuisible. Can one set calibre NOT to execute them and only to download at request (tools->external links->download)? |

Dont enable the preview and nothing will be downloaded. Fix your external links and then re-enable it.

Thanks, I thought myself about this, just that I am so used to work with preview that I preferred some other solution
At least I know what to do |
