Introduction
Hello:
I have been using Calibre for a few months now. I would like to get involved in helping develop the project but I am not an experienced software developer. I know a little about a lot -- C++, python, LaTex, HTML, linux, etc -- but have never completed a serious project (except for a project in physics which used MPI to write a parallel processed C++ program). My main motivation for contributing: I have been using Calibre to convert KINDLE books to PDFs for a few months, but in the last two weeks I noticed that I could not convert two recently purchased KINDLE books to PDF format. Has anyone else experienced this? I know I should post this in the appropriate forum ... but I'm just now trying to figure out how to use this system to post things. -- David Bower |
