I'd recommend clearing up the stickies over here, to ditch the awfully outdated stuff, and only keep this & KSM .

(i.e., advboot should go, and something should be done for this one, because while the thread has its use, its first post is mindbogglingly outdated).

Hello,
could you tell me why there is an "\icons" folder for Plato and icons for Kfmon and KOReader are on the "\" ?
Theses icons have to be scanned by the Kobo to be displayed or could we put them in a "\.icons\plato.png" or "\.adds\plato.png" folder instead, so they are hidden for the scanning.

Just historic reasons. They can be all put in the same dir but you'll need to edit KFMon watches to point to the right icon.

They need to be scanned by Nickel to be presented to you and to trigger an action when you press them. If they're hidden there's no way to open these programs.
