Pemberley was not up to her Dalgliesh books, IMHO. Especially the early ones.

I'd have liked to have seen more Cordelia Grey books. I wonder if they weren't as popular/profitable, or if James was just blocked on her? The gap between the two books wasn't the best way to establish a series.

I remember reading Innocent Blood when it came out, and it blew my socks off. I don’t know how well it would stand up to a reread though.
