This extension broke on an odt file with images in OpenOffice 4.0.1
The same odt but without images (so not really the same) - working fine.
I just exported from FineReader 11 as odt with images and as odt without images.

BASIC runtime error.
An exception occurred.
Type: com.sun.star.uno.RuntimeException
Message: .

Also, when opening the generated by Writer2ePub epub in sigil, it reports:

"This EPUB has HTML files that are not well formatted"

I never tried this extension with older OpenOffice though, not clear if those problems are 4x extension specific or not.

Hi,

what W2E version do you are using?
Wish you send the .odt to writer2epub[at]gmail.com?

Thanks

I fixed the problem - there was a link to a web page in that document. After removing the link - it is not breaking.

Now I just need to make some adjustments in the book to get acceptable results.
Apparently the header and body font styles from FineReader are not recognized, therefore the resulting epub is not split by chapters and the text looks bold everywhere instead of normal.
