Can you convert epub to LRF while in the middle of reading?
Just out of curiosity I tried to convert an epub book that I'm in the middle of reading to sony's LRF, but when I unplugged the device from calibre its still an epub! Is it because the book had a bookmark on it, or shouldnt that matter?
I like LRF because you get a true page count rather than going from 5,5-6,6,6-7,8 etc that one gets with epub.

The book is on my reader in epub format, i thought if i convert it to lrf it would convert it on the reader but it didn't, probably because i was halfway thru it.

You can't convert a book that's on a device. You have to copy the book to Calibre, convert it, and copy it back again.
