Which firmware is the best?
There are a lot of alternative firmwares for the Hanlin V3. I am searching which one is the best.
At the moment I use open inkpot, it has a nice bar at the bottom where you can see what the time is, how many pages there are etc. And important, it never crashes. I have used the Tirwal firmware before (I love the dictionary and the looks), but it crashed to often (once a day). Perhaps I missed a good alternative firmware. Which one is supposed to be the best for reading .epub? |

If you want to read ePub with DRM such as checking out of the library then you need a piece of firmware that uses ADE such as the one delivered by hanlin and most clones. There is also the lBook choice which has the same ePub reader but includes a version of Cool Reader that can also read non-DRM ePub and several other formats and has support for a dictionary.
