Eco Reader Frozen
Hi,
I have been very happy with my Eco Reader up to date but today when I went to use it, the screen was displaying a strange image.(see attached photo. Note there is no physical damage to the screen). It was working satisfactorily 2 days ago. When I try to power it up, the image flickers but it does not change the display. I tried to recharge but that did not seem to make any difference. |

It looks like a cracked substrate. Even though the screen looks ok one of the lower layers is broken. There was pressure placed right at the point in the arrowhead. This will require a screen replacement.

Many thanks for your reply.
I was afraid the cause would be something like that. Regards. |
