Mobi files do work, and both the extensions *.mobi and *.prc are recognised.

hi,

I have cool-er since few weeks and today i was trying to install new firmware, however with no success. I user SD card adapter and 4Gb micro sd.
Currently I can't launch cool-er and on screen are eight lines (each one in different gray scale).
I'm owndering where I can find original firmware?
As far as I remember original firmware was 1-11.2.

Hi Amy,

Thanks for reply, however I couldn't manage to install new firmware.
I've been trying with three different SD cards and COOLER-vfat-eb600em-0203 package. No luck, only gray lines are on the screen.
I'll really need to send it back to the seller?
Maybe someone have original firmware (old one)?

Did you try "normal" SD cards, or micro SD (HC)?

Perhaps try to format them (again) before copying the files. I *think* they need to be in the first GB of the disc.
