Another SmartQ 7 Question

I finally figured out how to load the new firmware on my device, now I have a few other questions: 1) how do I load books on my device, 2) can I convert the ebooks I already have to a fromat that can be read on my device and how 3) does any one know of any online ebook stores that sell books in a format that can be read on my device (fb2, HTML, CHM, plucker, Palmdoc, ZTXT, TCR, RTF, OEB, OpenReader, Non-DRMed Mobipocket, and Plaintext formats). I would greatly appreciate any help on this subject, in the mean time I will continue to look around myself. -Kristina
