Is there a way to make calibre a start up prog?
So that it starts when i start the computer? Sometimes I forget to start it up seperately.

You could put it in your "Start up" group on your programs menu. (In XP any way...not sure about Vista or on a Mac.)

Yup, add it to the startupgroup like dordale said, add --start-in-tray to make it start minimized and hidden.
