Stand-alone e-book viewer

I have the full calibre package installed on my main computer to manage my books but I do not need everything installed on my other computers, just the e-book viewer. Is there a way to install just the e-book viewer?

I don't think so.
The viewer depends on other things done during the setup (like configuration folder entries, and other modules)

By standalone, you don't want a network connection (to the Content server)?

Not a problem. It makes sense that it would need the same libraries especially with the included e-book editor. The whole package is not huge in any case. Thanks.

If you just want to read epub, pdf or cbr/cbz files on your computer you could use Sumatra PDF: https://www.sumatrapdfreader.org/free-pdf-reader

Not Big??
I just loaded the latest Preview Calibre. 207MB
That is more than my first 4 hard drives were (20MB, 30MB, 80MB, 105MB)
Early Calibre downloads were well under 100MB

That's not fair, comparing calibre with ancient hard drives. Also, calibre has its own python (and dependencies) and Qt bundled. I think 207MB is actually small for such a tool (book management, converter, editor and viewer) .
