Raise limit for editing multiple posts?

I maintain 5 calibre plugins, all related, so sometimes they get a new version all at once. Right now I have to upload 3, wait an hour or so, then upload the other two. Is it possible to get the limit on multiple post editing relaxed, at least for the Plugins sub-forum under Calibre? Or is there a user status we could request that would give people who actually need it a relaxed limit?
