Just finished reading Journey to Healing

I just finished reading a book called Journey to Healing by Lisa K. Boehm. I actually picked this book up by accident lol. I thought it was about self-healing and meditation guides, but it was about dealing with child loss. Honestly, I was about to put the book away but decided to give it a chance and it's actually not so bad. I learned a couple of new things on coping with the death of loved ones.
