Can't run the "Create catalog" plugin

Hi there,

Here is my second plugin related problem with the "Create Catalog" plugin:

Catalog options
- Catalog format: CSV
- Send catalog to device: unselected
- Add catalog to library: unselected

CSV/XML options:
All fields selected

After OK, I get the following error message:

Actually the other issue I registered (about https) was an attempt to work around this one
