Clement, Clara Erskine: A History of Art for Beginners and Students,v.1, 29 June 2008
Clara Erskine Clement was an American author who was educated principally at home and wrote several books about art. This illustrated volume from 1887 is devoted to the history of painting through the mid-19th century.

Thanks for the info, DixieGal. I've made several IMP books with illustrations and have had no way of knowing before now if they came out decently. I'm glad you like it.
