BeBook Club S: How to access the internal file system?

How can one access the internal linux file system of the Club S?
In a CoolReader config file I found the following absolute path:
/media/flash/it/Training/
Whilst in the user interface this is:
Library: /it/Training
So there must be a whole Linux filesystem hiding.
