Fahrenheit 451 will probably be remembered as his most seminal work though Martian chronicles is probably my favorite.

I read a few of his books from my mid-teens to early twenties and stopped because it occurred to me I'd use them up. That was over twenty years ago and I haven't read anything by him since, but they're there if I need them.

He also wrote the screenplay for Moby Dick with Gregory Peck and Richard Basehart. He was a man of great talent, and will be missed by many. I never met him in life but he was a friend to me through his writing, something I think many can say about him.
