FBreader & cool reader where?
Hi,

Don't know how to access the FBreader &/ coolreader, in my recently installed ink pot hanzon n516? doesn't say how to access it?? Are they in version 0.2.2? Or do i have to reinstall daily new build?

Also after first install, could see ebooks, but not mp3s, then when switching it off and on, screen froze, so had to reset, then saw mp3s but not ebooks - weird???

It's in the 'hanvon' firmware, iirc. You've flashed 'azbooka' one. Press 'M' to open context menu.

choose a book with dpad and press OK, there is a context menu, where you can choose between fbreader and coolreader.

help
there are different 'views': ebooks, audio or images. press 'Menu" to open main menu, where you can choose the 'view'.

thank you i did it , but only option is 'open with LocoPDF', no coolreader? no FBreader?

All my books files are .pdf ( i converted all prc,html,lit files into pdf so i can see them on my pc), does coolreader and FBreader not see .pdf extension?

It seems flashing is the easier part but trying to use inkpot with no manual is a bit hard, lots of guessing,i have the basic manual of inkpot from the website, but some of it is difficult to understand.

i tried different book formats;

.pdf only LocoPDF option
.epub,.txt,.rtf,.html all have 2 options of coolreader3 and E-book reader (new name for FB reader?)

Both coolreader3 and E-book reader is very nice : )

Q. Is there a key lock/screen lock? How to?

Q. Is it safe to leave the device on all the time or to power down after each read?

Yes. FBReader and CoolReader do not support pdf files.
