Wow!!! You guys/gals got it going on. Fabulous support for your devices. Can't wait to demo one when they're available in my area. Please add footnote support as soon as feasible. It's the only thing that would keep me tied to the NOOK (oh, and highlighting/dictionary for sideloaded stuff). Other than that, I'm ready to jump ship.

Actually, I believe they are endnotes--at the end of the book, rather than the bottom of the page. That is the ePUB standard. They were there before, but ya had to have sooper dooper scooby powers to know that until today.

Kobo styling off does the great reveal btw, despite what that George fellow says about vestigial check boxes.

Will this font change allow you to change the fonts in news papers as well, or non kobo books? Up until now you could only change the fonts on kobo books and not books you sideloaded.

Can't speak for newspapers but I can confirm that loaded fonts do work on side loaded books now.

I just downloaded a trial subscription to the New York Times and it appears that only font type and font size can be changed. The other text manipulation functions such as margins, line spacing and justififaction are grayed out. i.e. they can't be used. On the plus side the paper is very readable as is.
