I saw this when I woke up in the middle of night and I went over to HSN website below is all the information that's on their website. If I can download my Amazon app on this I might just get it.

But this is not what I had originally posted. This tablet half of the model is not running Android OS 2.1 it's Android OS 1.6. When I had seen it on HSN after 12M. The electronic host was showing the camera/video camera off. I could see the delay in movement.

I would imagine that this is a somewhat limited, specialist machine. Someone pointed out that you can have your ebook open on the ebook side and make notes and do all sorts of good stuff on the colour netbook side. So possibly ideal for students and others who need to make notes on a book.

I know, several e-readers have a note-taking function, but the one on my Iriver, for example, requires that I leave the ebook to make a note. I don't know if other e-readers are different, but that rather defeats the object. By the time I've got to the note-taking function, I've forgotten what I want to write!

i keep seeing differing specs for this unit. 1.3 pounds or 3 pounds. os 1.6 or 2.1 android os? very difficult to get correct info.

Well the main site had different specs than for what was listed for the HSN model. So HSN reports the Android OS is 1.6 and not Android OS 2.1. But they don't even mention that on the air nor on the first page. You have to dig that info out. There is no mention of the CPU? Most of the Android OS 1.6 uses VIA WM8505 CPU which is rated at 300MHz. I am not saying that's in this Tablet. But that would need to be clarified?

Originally data was that this was 3lbs and 16 hour battery. Now it's 1.3lbs and 6 hour battery. Still I going to take pass on because;

1. Android OS 1.6
2. CPU is unknown
3. Price is just too high for 1.6 OS
