It is. When I started this thread, I visited each library's website to compile the data and manually created these lists. I didn't compile the data using someone else's work.

How the thread is updated is completely up to Fbone, since he now has ownership of it.

Why is Brooklyn Public Library in the list? It's not available to anyone outside of NY.

If you look on the Wiki it has the note that says "restricted to ages 13-21 as of 22-07-15".
I hadn't got around to adding the notes on my test forum post. Getting the columns to align is tricky. I will be updating this.

When you list Hoopla, can you also list of audiobooks are available? Some Hoopla do not offer audiobooks.

Just adding another one to the pile. Prince William County, Virginia, allows non-resident library cards as well:

With that said, the yearly price of $113.00 is pretty ridiculous, given that the adjacent Fairfax County fee is only $27/yr. I'm planning to get one soon as a legal resident, so I will compare the OverDrive selection against Fairfax County's to gauge possible value. I think PWC allows access to Hoopla, so that might be an advantage.

Brooklyn Public Library no longer allows out of stare library cards. So why its it in the list?

The Wiki is wrong and Brooklyn should not be included.

But they have to be in NY. So if you are 13-21 and you don't live in NY, you cannot get a Brooklyn Public Library card. So what's the point of listing it?

How does this affect my out of state library card?
As of July 15, 2022, Brooklyn Public Library is no longer offering its fee-based out-of-state library card. Our priority remains serving Brooklynites and assuring that they can access the materials they need in a timely manner. BPL library cards remain free for anyone who lives, works, pays property taxes or attends school in New York State. Existing out-of-state accounts will remain active until their expiration date and will not be renewable.
