Dingo 1.11 Release for EE (large eDGe)

The corresponding 1.11 release has now been released for the full-sized enTourage eDGe.

Same feature set as for the Pocket eDGe.

Excellent update package overall, none of the annotation and journal problems others described at all. I am so glad that I waited for this one rather than 1.10.
