And you will see the DOCX is the only format, and it has dots around it, which indicates its just been clicked - and because it's in my Test library I rebuilt the index immediately prior to taking the screenshot. You can click the Attachment 200960 in the first quote to see it again.

If your DOCX's are not being indexed you should definitely submit a bug report see ==>> calibre - Bugs
