I made a few minor edits mostly link changes and price increases.

As of July 1st 2024, Metropolitan is now only available to Oklahoma state residents.

I may have found a couple of libraries to add. Further research still needs to be done. I'm undecided whether or not to include libraries with small collections.

Updating the collection sizes will not be a high priority for me since it changes daily, and I'd rather first concentrate on library additions and deletions.

If another sees an error or has found a library to add, please let me know.
