Broomed snow off the back steps, refilled critter feeding stations, started car ... winter in the south

Fortunately we just got powdery snow with no freezing rain = easily removed today b/c it all will freeze into black ice overnight

The last couple of days of my vacation. My sister and I are going to Gouda in a couple of hours. Mostly to do some (window) shopping and afterwards we're going out to dinner.

Tomorrow I'm doing laundry and we might go have lunch or coffee/tea at a nearby restaurant.

I really wish I had booked two weeks instead of one.

Catching up on laundry. The last two days we've had word done to change the warm water system in our home. Normally I do my own laundry on Thursday, but by the time we had water again it was too late.

But with today's warm temperature and nice breeze it's working out. Instead of using my dehumidifier to get my air dry items to dry it's warm enough to open my windows and create a nice cross breeze.

I still got a couple of loads to do today.
