Hi,

might have been answered before, or might not, but I'm having trouble getting story URL from email, keeps giving me this message:

Granted, I haven't been updating either calibre or my macos since they're been working fine, but I was just wondering what can I do to fix this? Leave it for a few days or try updating?

What's your email? Outlook.com recently changed their authentication so that will not work anymore.

Ah, I’m using outlook… so I’m guessing my best option is to change email account to gmail or something?

GMX is another option. I don't know anything about it, however.

Gmail still requires a number of hoops jumped though. Last discussed here.

@JimmXinu: Could FanFicFare detect an outlook.com/hotmail.com email in the config and then block them with a custom failure message before Calibre errors? It might help wiht the support requests.
