Any E-Ink readers w/ integral remote page turners?

Using this page turner while reading in bed along with a goose-neck tablet holder has been a wonderful upgrade for me. My arms don't get tired, I read faster and I don't have to constantly change position as I switch my E-reader from hand to hand.

Does any company make an E-reader that comes with a remote page turner? As much as I love the idea, I don't like the clunky implementation which requires a device clamped to the E-reader plus two more devices to charge and its sometimes finicky nature. Having an OEM version would be a great accessory.

I wonder why OEMs don't offer this option? Not enough demand? Or is there a model out there with an integrated remote page turner?

I love page turners!
Err, I'm not found of that clip-on stuff, I would find it massively distracting.

I used to have a wired push button box on my old Nooks.
Nowadays, Bluetooth is king.
You can get many off-the-shelf clickers or foot pedals.
I have a custom keyfob and I love it to pieces.

Minimal requirement is a single button to go forward.
Mine has forward/back/menu and flip/flop to notes.

Page turners are something I'm really curious about. Only reason why I've not bought one is that I'm scared it'd end up being a gimmick that I'd never use.

Nope, not a gimmick. Wait until winter when you can keep your hands under the covers. It also keeps the screen cleaner. It seems silly to use radio waves to transmit two feet. But it's addictive. Come over to the dark side.

Currently, I have 3 page turners kicking around from various projects involving helping people who needed assistance with using their ereaders. One physical and two Bluetooth units.

Even on the coldest nights, I don't have any issues with handholding my ereaders. Since I use my prime ereader's buttons to turn pages, I don't touch the screen that often so screen cleanliness is not really an issue for me. I also did not like the effect on battery life of having to keep Bluetooth constantly enabled.

OTOH, for those who needed the assistance, external page turners made their reading experiences a lot more enjoyable and setting them up was a good learning experience.

A stylus can also help with that.

I was just talking about myself. In the end I ended up buying one for 15€. Works and all, but I've barely used it so far. Although I wasn't reading much lately, so I guess that it may still grow on me.

TV remote style are a bit cumbersome. Same with the "5 way" DPad style directional.
People who only go forward might get away with a single button "selfie" clickers.
The buttons must have a light touch.

Also, if you are persnickety as I am you will want to defeat the Onyx long press detection.
With the Onyx mapping of short/long it has to wait until you release the button to do anything.
This applies even for keyboards. If you use a USB or BT keyboard look closely how it reacts to the PgDn button.
It doesn't do anything until you release the button.
This is in contrast to letter keys which type a letter when you depress it.

Threre are so many Bluetooth remotes out there to choose.
Any of them can do what you want if you can map the buttons with a keylayout.
You'd need to be rooted so that you can write a keylayout file.
You could do the same thing using Accessibility, but that would affect all keyboards.

Two things to watch out for:
Selfie clickers often have too short a sleep timeout. 60 seconds is often too short for page turning.
Anything that is selfie related and is "iOS compatible" often send multiple key presses for some buttons. This can create problems.

The Bluetooth remote I built uses a commercial case. The part list by itself costs $25.
