You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

hola buenas noches, mi kobo Clara HD no va. necesitaria para cambiar la tarjeta SD un firmware
Kobo N249Clara HD (4.38.21908)desde ya muy agradecida. Porque he intentado actualizarlo de todas maneras y creo que la tarjeta esta corrupta.

Hi friends! I goofed royally today and when going to format a larger SD card with the intention of cloning my new Mini's SD and upgrading it, I accidentally put the wrong card in and formatted the Mini's SD instead before it could be backed up. If someone could help me acquire a new image so I haven't just bricked my brand new little guy, I'd be ever so grateful! I'm feeling awfully foolish at the moment l. I'm afraid I don't even know the model number now.
