Amazon CS
Is there a way to actually contact amazon CS? They seem to have buried ‘contact us’ under a barrage of AI self help. When I finally get to a chat, it’s just an AI generated chat that ultimately just does a big ‘do loop’ back to a menu of self help options. Very frustrating? Anyone know how to beat this and actually get a customer service rep?

I've found that the "Request a Phone Call" works quite well.

This. Just did this a few days ago. l got a call back immediately and hold time was less than a minute.
That said we spent probably 30 minutes without resolution of the issue (I was trying to restore a book accidentally deleted from my library). It ended with him creating a ticket, and the book reappeared the next morning. |

I agree that a callback is the way to go. But it should be easier to get to the page to request a callback.
And at this point, I don't expect any sort of technical issue to get resolved quickly by Amazon. Edit: I've bookmarked the callback page. Hopefully the link will stay valid. Last edited by John F; Today at 11:05 AM. |

This is the best option and is very quick for me. Usually less than 10 minutes for the call back and a hold of less than 30 seconds.
Thank you. I just added this to my phone contacts. Apache |
