Libra 2 MicroSD upgrade not working

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to check this out.

I've followed all the steps required to clone the microsd image to the new card, and it seems to work on the pc. However when I insert the new card back into the device, it won't boot. Inserting the old card makes it work as normal, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the slot. I've tried two different cards that didn't work, could you help me troubleshoot this?

Previously the led didn't come on at all, but now it comes on, though with no reaction from the screen, and keeps blinking.
