Kindle Oasis Demo Mode Help

Hi, is there a way to take the Kindle Oasis out of Demo mode? Currently, it just runs through the different demo screens. The up and down button dont do anything and touching the screen only jumps to next demo screen. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you in advance

I did a search and found this for the paperwhite. See if it works on the oasis.

1)charge your device and make sure it has at least 50% battery
2) tap the magnifying glass on the home page.
3) enter the text ";demo" (that is a semicolon + the word demo) in the searchbar. This will open the demo configuration screen.
4) select the 'Resell Device' option and confirm when asked.
The kindle should now start up in normal mode.

Thanks for the response, however the unit itself doesnt even reach the homepage. It simply flips through the demo mode. The up and down buttons dont seem to do anything either. Is there any alternate routes to get out of demo mode on Oasis? possibly via software? Thanks again
