Connecting to device searches complete computer
Unfortunately I could not find any previous posts to my problem.
Whenever I connect my Kobo Arc7 or my Acer Tablet to Calibre it searches all files in My Documents before I can do anything especially load books to my devices. My question is : is there someway I can set the program to only search a specified folder?  Thank You |

You have to let it complete a full search once. Once that has happened, you can right-click the device icon on the Calibre toolbar and select the option to configure the device. At that point you can specify the folders that will be searched in future when the device is connected.
