ePub 'Fragment identifier not defined

Hi there. I have attached 2 screen shots. not sure what the issue is. It says 'Fragment identifier not defined' on line 66, col 318'

what's the issue because I can't see it. please explain in simple language.

The fragment identifier is the part after the # in the url. In this case box2_footnote_71.

The error means that there is no element in the Flow_6.xhtml file with an id of box2_footnote_71.
